Your Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently coordinate and vet vendors for various maintenance tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance communications, bridging the gap between Owners, Tenants, and vendors.
  • Obtain and compare estimates for property repairs, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Manage tenant changeover repairs, ensuring properties are ready and up to the mark for new tenants.
  • Uphold our company’s quality standards, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and meet our stringent criteria.
