Rates & Conditions

£100/ $US200/ €150 per day - Minimum stay 5 days

• A deposit of £150 / $300 / €200 is required which will secure the booking
• Payment by personal cheque only
• Payment is due 28 days before arrival

Discount: of 10% for 3 weeks stay or more
Taxes: An additional 12% tax will be charged on top of the rental charge.

Arrival time: after 3pm
Departure time: before 11am.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 28 days prior to arrival: deposit returned in full, less £30 / $US60 / €45 administration fee
• Less than 28 days prior to arrival: deposit forfeited

Shopping for late night arrivals

So that you have a stock of food and drinks available on your arrival we offer a basic shopping service that will ensure you have the items in the refrigerator and cupboards that you need so you don't have to go out shopping after a long flight. Once your booking is received we will send you a tick list of items that you may wish us to purchase on your behalf. The items will be purchased from Albertson's or similar supermarket and charged as per till roll plus 15% service. This can either be paid on arrival.

Cleaning

• An additional cleaning charge of $US125 is payable on arrival to cover the cleaning charge
• Cleaning can be arranged during your stay at a cost of $US125 per visit - again, payable on your arrival

Please Note: This is a no smoking home. Pets are allowed, by arrangement.
