• What a beautiful home, we loved it!! We were in the area for vacation & the Eukanuba Invitational Dog Show(our AmStaff won Best of Breed)! We had a wonderful time, would stay there again & again. It was perfect: the location, the accommodations, we just felt right at home! Claudia was very helpful & Ruth was so great to do business with-just felt like a new best friend!!

• We fell in love with the house at first sight. It is such a beautiful house and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and dock. it was so nice to be able to invite family over to visit and be able to cook! We feel really lucky to have spent such a wonderful week in St Petersburg.We will come back!

• What a wonderful place!! We really enjoyed spending time in your lovely Florida home. It has made our holiday very special. We especially enjoyed just sitting on the patio watching the wildlife. We have seen herons, cormorants, egrets, ducks, a woodpecker and more - bu best of all the dolphins!

• We just arrived a couple of hrs ago. It is a beauty!!! We couldn't see it in daylight so far, because it is still dark outside, but inside its really much more nicer than it shows on pictures. Congratulations, you have a treasure next to treasure island! There is so much personal touch and love in that house. Edith and me are really looking forward to spend our vacation here. As I told you, the last months have been really difficult for us, so we really need those days. And we have the privilige to be in ISLA MIA. Thank you so much. We did arrive at 11:00 p.m. and Claudia and Richard welcomed us with a nice glass of wine. Some candles where burning. Wow... Just Perfect like in a movie...
  
  It is absolutely GREAT. We are here 2 days and I think I know this house forever. We really feel home here. OK, we know St. Pete since more than 20 years, but this house is fantastic. Well done...
  
  Just now Edith and me had a nice barbecue at the pool. We bought a cheap grill, so we do not have to use the BIG-one. The meat here is so good, you have to grill it on wood. The taste! After our vacation we leave the grill here or give it to Claudia. I am sure there will be more people who like to grill on wood. Just minutes ago we had a beautiful sunset. The ducks are visiting us daily and in the morning they take a swim in the pool. Oh by the way, do you know where we can put on the light in the pool? Maybe it looks great at night. Tomorrow I will go fishing with an old good friend here. I hope I have some luck, so we can grill some fresh spanish makarels.
