Pool, Lanai & Dock

The Pool is south - west facing with underwater lighting and is set in a stunning waterside position.

The large lanai is probably the room that you will spend most time relaxing in during your stay. It is comfortably and brightly furnished with a huge ceiling fan. A room for sitting and watching the wildlife (so many birds), weather and boats on the water. The windows which when opened have mesh to let air and not bugs through when it's warm, can be closed to keep the warmth in on the chillier evenings. It is a wonderful room to enjoy a coffee in in the mornings and sip wine and watch the water and lights by candlelight in the evenings.

We spend most of our time out here - choosing to sit and /or eat outside is what we love best about our Floridian life style. Use the huge Gas BBQ to cook the fish you've caught or some of the tasty huge steaks from Shaner's, a local store, at Pass a Grille.

The pool deck has a good selection of quality chairs and loungers, a table for that poolside drink or take-away, and a couple of smaller tables for your drinks whilst lazing on your lounger.

There is a good selection of safety wine glasses and tumblers for poolside use, and huge Pool Towels, to use around the pool or when you visit any of the many local beaches.

Feel free to tie your boat to the dock or just sit out there to get an even better view of the comings and going on the water. Why not catch a fish or two whilst you are relaxing?
