The spacious and sunny family room is furnished to a very high standard. It has ample seating of leather settees and recliner chairs with plenty of incidental tables - ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The family room provides the following features:

The Den is furnished too to a very high standard. It has seating of all types including a high back chair and recliner.

The den features:

• Large-screen cable TV (remote)
• DVD player (remote)
• A selection of DVD movies(suitable for both adults and young children)
• Play station with numerous games.

In addition there are many board games and loads of books, which are added to on a regular basis. Triple opening patio doors lead out to the large Lanai and Pool.
